What are the Rewards of Helping Children in Foster Care?
​The reward of being a foster/resource parent is knowing that you have had the opportunity to provide a safe and nurturing home for children. By giving a child a stable home environment, if only on a temporary basis, you’re giving them the opportunity to enjoy childhood, perform better at school, and reform behavioral problems.
You’re also serving as a positive role model, which is crucial for every child to thrive. A stipend is given to help foster/resource parents provide for their foster children.
Every Child should have the opportunity to feel safe, secure and loved. Our Resource Parents are able to provide all of these things and more to a child in need.
